Accessibility Statement
Last updated: May 2, 2026.
Aevaro is committed to making aevaro.com usable for everyone, including people who use assistive technology, navigate by keyboard, or experience the web with reduced motion or limited bandwidth.
What we are doing
We design and build the Site against the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as our conformance target. WCAG 2.2 Level AA is the standard most courts and regulators currently apply to web accessibility.
We treat accessibility as ongoing engineering work, not a one-time audit. Specific practices that are continuously enforced when we build and ship:
- Color contrast on every text-on-background pair is automatically tested against WCAG 2.2 AA (and AA-large where the role permits).
- Every image carries alt text or is explicitly marked decorative.
- Animation honors the user's
prefers-reduced-motionpreference. Where motion is used, a static fallback ships first. - The interactive 3D brand mark falls back to a static image on reduced-motion preferences, on touch devices, and on devices whose frame rate cannot keep up.
- Keyboard navigation is preserved (no smooth-scroll hijacking, no focus traps).
- A "Skip to main content" link is the first focusable element on every page.
- Form labels are associated with their inputs; errors are announced to assistive technology.
- Touch targets meet a 44-pixel minimum on mobile.
Conformance status
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The Site has been self-audited against that target. It has not been independently certified by a third party, and we cannot warrant that every page conforms to every WCAG 2.2 AA criterion at every moment. We work toward conformance as a continuous process and welcome feedback that helps us close gaps.
The Site uses some content (including dynamic OG image rendering, PDF assets when published, and content authored in our embedded content studio at /studio) that may not yet be fully WCAG 2.2 AA conformant. Where we identify a known limitation, we will list it below.
Known limitations
(none currently flagged in this version of the Site)
We update this list as we surface gaps in our continuous accessibility work.
Compatibility
We aim for the Site to work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) and with the most widely used assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack). We test as broadly as we reasonably can and welcome reports about configurations we have missed.
Feedback and remediation
If you encounter content on aevaro.com that is not accessible to you, or if you have suggestions for improving accessibility, please tell us. We will respond promptly and will work with you in good faith to remediate the issue.
- Email: accessibility@aevaro.com
- Subject line: please include "Accessibility" so it routes to the right person.
- Please describe the page, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology or browser you are using, if known.
We aim to acknowledge receipt within five business days and to provide a substantive response or interim remediation within 30 days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
Standards we follow
- World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), *Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2*, Level AA
- Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act, where applicable
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), as interpreted by applicable courts and regulators
- The European Accessibility Act (EAA), where applicable
If you require an Accessibility Conformance Report (VPAT 2.5) for procurement, please email accessibility@aevaro.com. We are working toward producing one in connection with our first independent audit; in the meantime we are happy to walk you through our internal accessibility documentation.
